The first company under the SCHEVEN Unternehmensgruppe® umbrella was founded in 1992 – a structural engineering office. Since then, further subsidiaries were added in the 1990s and 2000s to form SCHEVEN Group GmbH. We today provide comprehensive real estate services such as planning, structural engineering, project management, building contractor representation and quality management for a large number of clients.
Since 2006, our services and project developments have been centered around the areas of residential and social real estate. Here, the companies of SCHEVEN Group GmbH have planned, built, managed and marketed a wide range of projects for institutional investors and external clients.
Over time, our activities have expanded beyond just the holistic real estate services of SCHEVEN Group GmbH to also include the areas of “project development” of SGI Development GmbH and “development and management of our own portfolio” of GOLDEN AGE AG. Our primary goal is to use our own technical and commercial expertise to develop and construct projects for ourportfolio with a focus on social properties, to expand services for third parties and to develop and implement projects that do not correspond to our own portfolio structure or investment strategy for investors.

We as the SCHEVEN Unternehmensgruppe® started programming an in-house database system already in 2003, as it became clear even then that large amounts of data would have to be processed in order to enable a sustainable implementation of our projects.
To this day, both internal and external employees develop and maintain new modules for “S-Data”. With the support of our software, projects for customers such as Deutsche Bahn and the Berlin public transport company have been managed for many years.
In the past, this software was only used internally for project development, construction management and monitoring as well as quality management. By 2025, every external customer will now have the opportunity to use the long-standing know-how of our software themselves as we are moving towards releasing “S-Data” to our clients.
Our goal is to provide every customer with a high-performance solution for the collection, management and processing of all data relevant to the individual real estate areas by utilizing “S-Data”. All functions are to be usable via mobile as well as stationary devices. In this context, it is of paramount importance for the continuous development, especially against the background of industrial espionage, that “S-Data” is both reliable and secure.
We believe that our future customer should not be concerned with managing their own IT infrastructure, but that we should create a user structure that allows the customer to concentrate on their core business instead. Therefore, we will offer “S-Data” as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), i.e. as a service. This allows our customers to quickly take advantage of “S-Data”, and us to guarantee the highest security, reliability and performance possible based on an economical price structure.
The SCHEVEN Unternehmensgruppe® has been an internationally active real estate service provider and investor since 1992. Our team consists of project managers, construction managers, architects and administrators. The projects include the following asset classes: Residential and care properties, daycare centres, medical centres as well as large traffic projects.
